She probably didn’t look good in those brown bootie shorts like snake does? She gone.

union should be able to fight this if she's sucked the right dick there.

In this instance, no dick should be required.

Her $105 a month should suffice.

Hard to believe UPS wasn’t taking care of their employees with soap and PPE. I’ve been in a bunch of their facilities. They love them clean. They want there fleet and employees shiny and clean. Her story doesn’t add up with UPS being the employer.

You need to be 57 and have over X# of years. She ain't 57.....

My retirement date is my birthday.

how is that even legal? I am sure there is an employee contribution portion that she is entitled to, with gains, for every year she worked. Even if you are dismissed for cause I don't know of many places that claw back the employer portion of the contribution. Could be wrong though.

at the very least I would think she would get a percentage of her total pension value, like 60 or 80%?

Yup. A friend if mine that lived one town over from their facility in Twin Mountain,  NH drove all the way to Laconia every day because he fit in better with the Laconia crew. That's a long ass drive.

She was a employee for 33 years. There has to be more to the story.

I got 33 years. They'd fire me.
