I think they changed the name of the virus in the book like in 2009. The novel mentions a bioweapon that in earlier editions is called "Gorki-400" and in later editions was called "Wuhan-400". Gorki is a Russian city and named as the origin of that bioweapon in the 1981 edition. Our gdp has fallen from 3.7% to 2% You can disagree all you want but those are facts. Also our 2% gdp was only that high because of rate cuts and fed balance sheet expansion.
