Not to defend them, but I doubt that anyone of them manage their own portfolios. The timing doesn’t even seem to be all that suspicious. Most of the trades were early and at least one has requested the ethics committee look into these transactions to ensure they were on the up and up. Knee jerk reaction looks bad until you read more about it.
