Rod
Turns out that he’s most likely right. As pointed out it’s the poor testing that’s heavily skewing the numbers. Most people with the Kung flu aren’t even tested in most countries https://time.com/5798168/coronavirus-mortality-rate/
spin_dry
In other words, the CV is 6 to 8 more lethal than seasonal flu. How nice. Good thing trump didn’t try and get the jump on it. That would’ve been a waste.

That’s still incorrect. .6% is the confirmed case mortality rate and is not comparable to the estimated mortality rate of the flu.

Conclusion CDC estimates that influenza was associated with more than 35.5 million illnesses, more than 16.5 million medical visits, 490,600 hospitalizations, and 34,200 deaths during the 2018–2019 influenza season. This burden was similar to estimated burden during the 2012–2013 influenza season1. Edited March 13, 2020 by Highmark

Sure it is. It’s correct. In fact a 3/13 report has a documented mortality rate of .8% in SK. That’s 8x more than seasonal flu. SK also catches the disease more quickly because they were better prepared. The sooner treatment begins, the better the outcome. .
