This morning we are down to a trace to 2" I love the excuses too. "Well there is a pocket of dry air aloft that the storm can't overcome." Really you couldn't see that 2 fucking days ago. This year has been exceptionally bad. From polar vortex's coming down to major winter storms they've been wrong all year.
