That's not what I meant , Mr. ultra thin skin

How is that being thin skinned?

I’ve always liked 1911’s and would most

likely just take it to the range and let her rip. Don’t plan on carrying.

I was asking what you wanted it for , meaning what you intended to do with it.

But nevermind

Now who is being thin skinned...I really wasn’t sure what you were asking.

Does anybody have any experience with these guys? Are they still made in Minnesota? Still looking for a 1911 .45

Pillager Minnesota. Great guns and good people.

I'm partial to Colt 1911 but Magnum is a good choice also.

If you are going to shoot a lot I'd go 9mm but you can buy .45acp ammo pretty cheap now to.

I just picked this Colt up last week. 1968 Government Colt.

1911 is the epitome of the iconic American handgun.  Sadly, I don’t own one.

My vote is for a Kimber but there really are some nice manus out there making them.

I wouldn't have one if it were free

I hate the design.   Same with a Glock

It’s just old school goodness.

Oh, yes, the glock is blocky pile of shit.  No thanks.  Bootlicking, Oakley wearing, pants tucked into tactical boots, mustache wearing specials.

Sorry AK, but it’s true.

If it doesn't feel right in your hand , you'll never be able to shoot it anywhere near as good as a pistol that does.  Why I'll never own a Glock or 1911

So glad Jay posted in this thread.

Yea. No way would this thread be complete without his input. :wtf:

AMG: “never owned one, never will, they hurt my hand when I hold them, hurt even more when I pull the trigger”.
