That's probably is nothing. He wasn't even divorced yet, then married someone else right away after he splits from his brother's widow. That's just his personal life. After that he served in the dept of commerce until 2001, then he started a lobbyist firm. in 2006 he was appointed to the board of directors for amtrak. Then in 2008, he partnered with John Kerry's stepson (Chris Heinz ) and Devon Archer (college roommate to Chris) and formed investment firm Rosemont Seneca. In May 2013 he was selected as a direct commission officer in the Navy reserve, but was discharged for Cocaine use. Also in 2013, probably after his discharge he started BHR with Archer and Jonathan Li to focus on investing Chinese capital. From there, it was on to the Ukraine.
