When I was a kid mom would only cook them in the oven. But there is no need to in the smoker. We sell green eggs at work dut I do not own one. ckf Posted May 28, 2016 Share Posted May 28, 2016 I need to try doing a brisket this summer. Up until I did the pork shoulder a few days ago all I had really smoked was ribs and chicken. The pork shoulder came out very good.
