As it is now, you can hurt or kill somebody, and the worst-case scenario is you might do two years in jail. If you have money and a good lawyer, you may not do any jail time. What is the incentive not to drink and drive??? Suspension, revocation...….big fukken deal. Society has to start hurting these criminals. Prison is NOT a deterrent to many.
