Nothing affects me other than real estate and the stock market. 2017 was unbelievably terrific. This year can't suck enough. Everybody, and everything else can fuck off. 

All I care about now is coyote hunting.

I haven't had a chance to go yet!! We were raking the place up, then this storm came. I plowed today, and shovelled, and I felt like I was gonna' croak. I can't get caught up, but when I do, the yotes better run for cover!! I'm gettin' my equipments prepared. Their days are numbered.

Talkin' about this shit, do ya' realize that there was just a reasonably small window of opportunity regarding the stocks and real estate!!!

I have letters of inquiry on my shelf from two of the biggest developers in NEw England. Also 2017 was gangbusters in the market. 

But now..................I feel as though things have cooled-down. 

See, the window was there.....................now it's gone. That quick. That's how pros make their money, they see the opportunity and hit it before it's too late.
