I have letters of inquiry on my shelf from two of the biggest developers in NEw England. Also 2017 was gangbusters in the market. But now..................I feel as though things have cooled-down. See, the window was there.....................now it's gone. That quick. That's how pros make their money, they see the opportunity and hit it before it's too late.
