Surprised it doesn't happen more often. Figure the ticket should have the normal risk liability warnings but she is already sueing....which is par for the course. It's been a while but I've been to more than a few of these and yes, there is a strong disclaimer and "hold harmless" that go with the ticket. Not to mention I marshalled a few times and if she was paying attention like she should have, she would have heard and saw the fairway marshall signaling.
