racinfarmer
The F1 race was pretty good. Hamilton ended up winning it on tire and put strategy and Rosberg gave it all he had to salvage his day after a bad start.
Platinum Contributing Member Jimmy Snacks Posted June 12, 2016 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted June 12, 2016 (edited) Chase Elliot short on fuel....Logano pulling away....was a good race until now although this caution will get rid of fuel concerns. racinfarmer
Sounds like Indycar sent another driver for a ride in the whirly bird by trying to run at the tracks built for fender'ed cars.

He is OK and they will have to finish the race on August 27th after wet and rainy conditions. Supposed to run last night but pushed until today and a thunderstorm hit before the halfway mark. http://www.latimes.com/sports/sportsnow/la-sp-indycar-texas-postoned-20160612-snap-story.html Edited June 13, 2016 by Biggie Smails

CART figured that out years ago.
ckf
Larson's car fails post-race inspection: After the race, there was drama for #42-Kyle Larson and his team, as his car failed post-race tech on NASCAR Laser Inspection Station. At MIS, Larson raced without crew chief Chad Johnston, who was serving a one-race suspension for lug nut issues last week and is on probation until the end of the year. Expect NASCAR to issue a penalty on Wednesday, but what that penalty is remains to be seen.(Fox Sports)(6-12-2016)
