I travel NY daily, well over 1000+ mi a week from one end to the other,..The Thruway has a toll, one bridge in Buffalo, and NYC is probably toll heaven..but I'd say 95% of the state is toll free driving.. @01mxz800 travels the state daily too, other than the Thruway I think it's not to bad.

I'm just going to toss some #'s out,..say boost increases in 500rpm increments, peak boost 20lbs is at 8750rpm but rpm is low due to belt deflection so it won't make max boost, the ECU would not register that as an issue within the computer system because it is a mechanical issue and not something the ECU monitors.

Is it low boost or high boost the issue?

You try checking your belt deflection?? Could explain the lack of rpm..I know I have to do mine every 300-400mi to keep up the RPM and performance
