  1. x2 Naked guy in a cowboy hat can really only mean one thing, but one must be sure.
  2. Why is that the first place my brain went too?
  3. Not at all, quite the opposite. I am as freedom loving as they come. I will gladly remove the authoritarian dictator we have in Canada, by vote, and hopefully put in someone who does things not by decree or order in council. If Canada continues down the path we have, voting will be less and less relevant, as outside economic forces dictate more and more our direction and quality of life. Your inability to see this astounds me.
  4. Most unfortunate we are locked in a party system. If one must hold one's nose while voting, have we truly been given a choice? I have little use for preachers, and not enough knowledge on what made a tea party member click, to draw an opinion. The primary goal of a party is to be elected and once in power, stay there. The actual good of the electorate takes a back seat. If I dislike the preacher that votes beside me, yet his vote will bring my preferred choice to power, it is a poor choice at best, but the only rational one given the alternatives. Calling someone RINO, or communist etc, does little to enhance debate.
  5. Will he now be sued by the post office? Seems the style of the day.
  6. I don't find that a pejorative. If one believes a Republican should stand for, lets say fiscal prudence, yet votes for a CR, can it not be said they are not a true Republican? Our provincial "Conservative" premier has turned out to be worse at spending than previous "liberal" governments. Buzz words and catch phrases are simply used by those of lesser intellect, to make the point they can not articulate.
  7. The fact we group people into far this, far that etc shows how little we think, in general. I try so see things in ways I would not normally agree with. Trying to disprove one's own hypothesis and process is a great start. Trying the same thing over and over, electing the same types over and over, expecting a different result is futile,
  8. We have our own idiots. In fact our leader is a shining example.
  9. In other breaking news, the sun will today set in the west. Genius! "Economic shockwaves from the war have been far more devastating in Palestinian territories" What economy? Like exactly what did they produce and sell globally before? Free money from the rest of the retarded portions of the world, so you make and export rockets to your neighbors, is not an economy.
  10. Saudi's buying 100,000 of these things is like chickens investing in KFC. This smells awful fishy. My Milwaukee electric saw is no match for my 029, not even the 016.. It is however very handy with it's ability to just pick it up, cut, put it down, repeat.
  11. So that wasn't Joe bragging about getting that son of a bitch fired? Pretty good impersonation.
  12. Please baby Jesus, lockdowns too! it’s been way too “peopley” for a while. I miss the ability to just avoid humanity’ in general
  13. 65 mph in Ontario. Makes passing a challenge.
  14. Absolutely. It's been a pet peeve of Alberta's for many years. Up here the phrase is access to tide water, and BC and many native activist have fought it tooth and nail, mostly on the false narrative that it will somehow increase climate change. It will not. It makes no financial sense to send crude that far by rail or truck, but a pipeline changes the equation. Now, if we can get a pipeline of natural gas to the coast, that would help the climate. No one is in a rush to make that happen unfortunately.
  15. It's a global commodity, and heavily taxed and regulated. Government is the problem on much of the cost, not necessarily the industry. Don't get me wrong, the oil producers aren't mother Teresa, but if government would butt the fuck out it would absolutely be cheaper.
  16. Higher diesel prices equates to higher priced everything. This should not be celebrated. Our dope just keeps adding useless carbon taxes on fuel and energy, then tells citizens you'll get it all back. He thinks Canadians are morons and somehow taking more in taxes will cause China and India to clean up their act. He's partially correct. Those that voted for him, are morons.
  17. Not necessarily. Just as every democratic voter isn’t a brain dead, drain on society fuckstick, not all Trumpians are crazy ass nutters.
