I ran the amsoil original semi syn from new for about 4 years till they stopped marketing it for sleds. Standard week in this area for machine shop work is 50hrs+, it's just the way it is and I've learned to live with it. Had times when we were working 7 days a week to meet a deadline and you forget what day it is. As I edge closer to 60 it's getting more difficult but overtime is wonderful when the pay stub comes
