Littleton has always weathered the ups and downs well because it’s a reasonably diverse economy.it’s not a ski town. But skiers come here. It’s not a factory town but there are several. It’s not an outlet town but it has the best shopping in the area. A big regional hospital. We have our own utilities company so the big ones don’t fuck us. There is even some cool bars nowadays. I’ve got a good buddy who is a real estate agent and he is making money hand over feet right now.

Move that house up here and it’s 200k and 2g in taxes.

I work in a very nice assisted living place, facility manager. No smell. It’s basically an upscale apt building with nurses and a restaurant for residents. We have 3-4 folks that are in their 90s and just want to be done. Everyone they know is gone.

There was a manhole at the hospital I used to plow, unless you went over it just right it went badly. One night I hit it so fucking hard it snapped every bolt on that cutting edge but one.Luckily I had some spares in the shop. Another night when snow blowing the sidewalks at a slightly higher speed than recommended, safety third! I caught an edge and stopped the enclosed cab tractor dead. I hit my big dome on the wiper motor and literally knocked my self out cold. Good times.

I have Ramps and have no real issues . Pretty steep climb up into the f2fiddy but still easy. I got the cheap version with no stud protectors and have punched a couple holes. Fuckin things got loose in the truck on a ride home last year and scratched up a side panel on the Indy. Cunts.

That guy needs a beating. I had a guy get pissed the other morning getting coffee cause I passed by him to get a lid. “ that’s not 6 feet!!!” He cried. I told him he should get his coffee at home, he said fuck you and I just laughed.
