I agree with you on the vast majority sentiment, but I feel like the kids going into trade schools are at least willing. Unfortunately, there just aren't as many of those types of kids as we need. Too many have been programmed, telling them they need to go to college. And the vast majority of those kids are the ones you're talking about.

Graduation party season has begun! Walking tacos last night and pulled pork sandwiches tonight.
The shitty part with this 6.2 recall is, I've absolutely loved my truck. Yeah, I had both lifter banks go out on me early on, but those were repaired and the truck has been all I could ask for in the 50K+ miles since that issue. Pulls my trailer(s) great, pretty decent gas mileage when we use it to travel, rides extremely nice, etc. Having this recall issue hang over my head, sucks. I always figured if I'd have issues with it (beyond the lifter banks) it would be some electrical gremlin, knowing how much electronics go into these things. I'm definitely not a fan of the bandaid GM plans to use. If we weren't in the process of buying another vehicle already, I'd wait for the stop sale issue to be done with & trade my truck on something else. But I'll roll with it ... for now.
Viper - you already know it, but look who you're butting heads with. You could have bought something that resonates more with the avid bike fans & he'd still bust your balls. If you're happy with it, that's all that matters. End of story.
