First sled I purchased was a 1994 Yamaha V-Max 600. I bought it brand new in the fall of 93. My dad let me sell our old Bravos for a down payment and then I took out a loan for the rest, made the payments by bussing tables at T.G.I. Friday's.
Yeah, the prices this year are insane. There's no way I'm paying 17-20K for a flippin snowmobile. Guess my next new sled will be a budget model or at least a base model with a 600. You can always upgrade the shocks. I guess there won't be any fancy gauge in my future...LOL
Cat already did that in 17/18. And yeah, the XS was just new plastics with glossy side panels and tunnel bags that didn't fall off. But the G4 was a completely new chassis after a 9 year run of the XP/XS. Isn't 21 the 10th year of the PC?
Well, the MFers shut it down...This will not stand, they will not succeed in suppressing our freedom of speech. Parler will find a different host and be back up and running again in no time.

106 GPS, 09 800R P-Tek on shaved ice. Sled was bone stock, just studded. I think the speedo indicated darn near 120. It was a radar run, I got 94 mph at 1,000' but just kept her pinned / wound out for a GPS top speed.
I had the same siphon for years and years but it finally went to pot. Now I can’t find a similar one. It had a cup with a foam bottom to seal the tank and then a little plastic straw. You would blow into the straw to pressurize the tank and force the fuel out / start the siphon. Does anybody still make one like that? I looked all over the web and only found cheap chinsy ones with little bulbs or manual transfer pumps. I should’ve kept the one part and just picked up some new vinyl tubing. Maybe I did but damned if I can find it.
