Champion which is the transportation company for Nascar takes all the used tires and rims back to Goodyear where they are dismounted and new tires for the next race are mounted and Champion brings them back to the track. The teams do no transporting of their tires. That's why they showed the shot of the Goodyear guys changing tires at the track for the extra set.

Good you guys had a good time other than the ride home. Talked to the guys that were at Burgess Junction tonight. If they went down in elevation the snow level dropped off fast. If they went up it picked up fast so that's obviously the direction they went. They had a good time with no issues. Ride back to Wisconsin was 17 hrs they said.
