Huh. From watching some of those Alaska shows on tv I always thought they loved polaris’s. And if you eliminate the RMK Polaris would be neck and neck with Yamaha. I agree though, Polaris needs to get their head out of their ass and offer a 4 stroke unless they’re satisfied with being #2. There are a shit ton of NA 900’s on the trails and my 2 local dealers are telling me that snowchecks for the turbos this year were through the roof.

I just helped my parents buy one last week. The one they got had a way better picture than the Samsung they looked at. And the reviews were good.

600 ace FTW! Super reliable sled, much more proven than the Chinese Cat motor. 30 mpg, whisper quiet. I’ve been looking for one but they hold their value like crazy. Hard to find a decent one under $4500. You have to get the 2011-2015ish though...the new ones have throttle by wire and it sucks on a low hp sled like that.

I’m not even on Polaris discussion forums and I’ve heard people talk about issues. And it’s only been out 1 season so I doubt anyone has even put 5k miles on one yet.

Nice setup. The General is an awesome machine. Perfect blend of the rzr and ranger. But they are close to 20k without the full cab.

I hate Ski-Jew but they’re the only ones who currently make a sled that you can put 10k+ miles on without worry. Cats and poos are great for weekend warriors.

The Polaris gauge looks like a little kids toy. Not to mention their ride command GPS system sucks. The best chassis, looks, and snowcheck I will give you. I’m still pissed I bought a 15k sled and my color choices were only the dime-a-dozen black and puke green w/ red accents and couldn’t get a ripsaw 2 or storm and an actual windshield.

That’s funny, but that’s the compact gauge for the mountain sleds. Everyone’s railing on the new ones for the trail sleds, but after seeing mine I actually like it. It shows a lot of stuff at once.

Golf over 4 wheeling? Only a city boy would say that. Same where I live, but where I go sledding in NH they have a 1000+ mile trail system and draw in people from all over the east coast. It's not sledding but it's still a great way to get in the outdoors in summer and fall.

Come on, you know what I mean. I’m no expert on Polaris lingo. Pro-ride? Didn’t you have a 600 class vector and nytro? It must suck to have to worry about sleds when they hit 4K miles. I’d have to trade in every year. Can’t you find a low mileage 1-2 year old used Axys? I see plenty on craigslist/FB and they seem like they’re the same or cheaper than the G4’s.

All 3 of the new chassis’s are great looking except for the rear end of the Axys.

Chuck eye is my go-to steak. They can be hard to find, but when I find them at a good price I stock up heavily. I think they are as good, and sometimes better than ribeyes.

We are down to 2 manufacturers and Polaris doesn’t even have a complete lineup. It’s sad.
