Without question the impact is mitigated in area's with ave wages already close to the increased minimum.

Yet COL is higher likely putting less in their pocket in the end. Fact is MW can and will have negative impacts on some people and business'. If that's acceptable to you great. I'd like to find other ways to raise wages. That doesn't mean I don't like or am not sympathetic to lowered skilled, less experienced workers as so many of you like to portray.

Well you would think differently if you worked hard to get to a certain wage then it was simply handed to someone else without you moving forward. The video is clear that it hasn't had all positive impacts.

Excellent point and one I've made numerous times in here however I think even by county it can get tough. For example Iowa City where the U of I is can likely support a higher MW than say the little town of Lone Tree or Oxford. This actually came up when Johnson County was looking into MW. What about the people who worked to earn the higher MW? What increase do they deserve? Straight dollar increase or a equal % increase? Where should it stop?

Well between loss of jobs and increase in COL putting zero extra in the pockets of those its suppose to help makes it a fools errand in my book. Where do you think MW should be? And for those that have earned their way to a higher wage are you willing to pass on the same increase up the ladder to all those people?

Well it didn't though did it. If if and buts were candy and nuts it would be Christmas every day of the year. The Apex motor was pretty bulletproof up to 300+ hp and to this day was one of the best sounding motors in snowmobiling history. In stock form few engines last as long.

Nobody should start at a beginners wage. Everyone deserves at least $100k starting off.

Think that's a bit of a stretch. Yammie's 2 N/A 1000's were extremely good engines as is the Sidewinders. No NA four stroke would even touch the Apex and it basically came out in 2004 (06 with EFI).
