Failmaker,

Where has Doug banned the media?

You are the most inaccurate poster on any web forum.

Doug cancelled the media on his bus.   Big deal.  They are an archaic practice from the past.  Then an idiot like you and your hero Kathleen Wynne try to make an issue over it.  Look into it dolt.  They are pretty much empty and reporters hate them.

We no longer need them. Why?  Current reporting methods and coverage have changed.  Doug gets off the bus in Barrie and there are enough people standing around filming that they do not need reporters coddled and force fed information on a bus for days on end.  That is unless you are Liberal and need to spin your stories.

Doug will be the next premier of Ontario.  You should start modifying your work habits and actually try to work.  And despite what you spew daily Doug has friends and supporters everywhere and guys who post all day on Internet forums while at a government job may become part of the 5% savings.

Fail has convinced himself that occupying a chair and posting here all day is work the government should pay him for. He actually thinks he is working a full day.

I wonder if they'll react the same as the American snowflakes did after Trump's win?

Doug tells you what to think and you go okay (WAG TAIL)

Having media ask questions on the campaign is now archaic

You know this is Doug's idea and not the PC's party :dunno:

You are correct he has a good chance of winning

Ontario’s environmental watchdog warns the province’s aggressive greenhouse gas emission-reduction targets cannot be met without radical changes in behaviour.

Environmental Commissioner Dianne Saxe noted Tuesday that the government’s own climate-change legislation requires a weaning off of fossil fuels, such as gasoline and natural gas, by 2030.

The climate law means that Ontarians must be prepared to reduce emissions from fossil fuel use by 40 to 50 per cent in the next 13 years,” said Saxe, as she unveiled her annual 320-page report to the Legislature.

“This means more conservation and converting some fossil fuel uses, including some gas-fuelled cars and trucks and some heating of our homes and businesses, to electricity, instead,” she said.

Two comments, (on the bold) as if that will happen.

Will this be her last report before the PCs can her after the election?

No damn way this will happen. Heating homes electrically is insanity.... or maybe this is just one more of Wynnebgas ways of making people more reliant on government for survival. Heating electrically is too costly now... imagine what it would be in future.

Coal is actually very clean today.  China and India are building new ones so it matters not what we do.

The Etobicoke Lakeshore coal fired generating station didn't need to be shut / torn down... new air scrubbers on the stacks and it would have been more than clean.

Nobody is shoveling anything in an industrial environment anymore.... you really are out of touch with reality.... yup that old Lakeshore generating station with those big generators had stoking those generators with a shovel.

We toured that generating station in the late 60's as part of a school trip.... not one person with a shovel. It was a mechanized process. By the way... inside was basically spotless.

Give up Fail... your elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floor does it?

As for stoking coal into a boiler.... c'mon Fail... let's hear about how you imagine that you have. I was young but my grandmothers house had a coal bin and a coal furnace heating the boiler for the radiators. That would have been about 50 years ago. It was such a dirty chore that she was able to do this herself and not get covered in filth.

No, but I have actually been to real live coal fire plants and looked at controlling the coal feed into the plant.  Shoveling?

I was making the point about being dirty filth - of course they don't shovel in huge plants -

To say its clean compared to many other fuels is just wrong on all aspects

sure glad I don't punch boilers anymore
