Most storms are around 28-30 with many ending as rain. Our storms either come from the Ohio river vally ( all snow ) Or start in the gulf of mexico , come up thru tennesee , hit the coast around DC then run the coast. The transition is stupid fast here....you can usually tell if falls coming early by how feverish the hummingbirds start gulping back on the feeders....not much activity yet...so im thinking a late fall...but who knows.
