f7ben
This is why Sanders should have been POTUS I welcome a federal appeals court ruling that the National Security Agency does not have the legal authority to collect and store data on all U.S. telephone calls. Now Congress should rewrite the expiring eavesdropping provision in the so-called USA Patriot Act and include strong new limits to protect the privacy and civil liberties of the American people. Let me be clear: We must do everything we can to protect our country from the serious potential of another terrorist attack. We can and must do so, however, in a way that also protects the constitutional rights of the American people and maintains our free society. Do we really want to live in a country where the NSA gathers data on virtually every single phone call in the United States—including as many as 5 billion cellphone records per day? I don't. Do we really want our government to collect our emails, see our text messages, know everyone's Internet browsing history, monitor bank and credit card transactions, keep tabs on people's social networks? I don't. Unfortunately, this sort of Orwellian surveillance, conducted under provisions of the Patriot Act, invades the privacy of millions of law-abiding Americans. He didnt vote with them on shit like the Patriot Act and going to War in Iraq for no reason etc etc. When it came down to a real vote that actually had major implications Sanders was right a lot of the time. He had a few conservative tendencies but most of the time he was all dem. He campaigns as an independent who describes himself as a Democratic socialist, but Sanders voted with Democrats 95 percent to 99 percent of the time from 2001 to 2010, according to CQ Vote Studies. http://www.politico.com/story/2016/02/bernie-sanders-democratic-votes-219140

Why did the college have to close. Who the fuck do you blame when a business goes bankrupt? Find me the articles that say otherwise? Give me a link to places that thrived under her leadership. Add that to the fact that the Sanders have little wealth for the years of working at 6 figure per year jobs and I think it is pretty clear that neither of them know how to manage money. I looked for multiple articles before forming my opinion on her, but her past specifically shows that she has never had a sucessfull business decision, not to mention Bernie was campaigning to lower college costs and she was effectively raising them and taking a healthy salary to boot. Their actions seem to contradict their ideas. Edited September 6, 2017 by racer254

No, because you can't separate ideas from personality. People are flawed. Someone will always throw shade on personality to avoid discussing ideas. Happens here daily. And people slurp it up.
