Why not offer it to FEMA, the Red Cross, local authroities, etc? No in one is expecting his crew to run it haha and feed everyone. They needed shelters, he owns the potential to be the biggest one in the city... Where was he? It isn't a conclusion. The excuses came flying out after he got the bad press and RIGHT after that, he started doing outreach. Coincidental timing that he started only after his pants were around his ankles.
