Under arrest for not signing a ticket...Cop is an complete douche, you do not have to sign fuck all for the pig...Yes she freaked, but the pig caused it all. Typical asshole that over stepped his bounds, made up a law and then caused a simple speeding ticket to escalate. Stupid cop that should be fired.

I was wondering that too.  In some states you absolutely must sign the ticket.  Not doing so is just like a refusal in a DUI stop.  You get arrested.

Signing a traffic ticket is not required where I live.  

One more thing...the pig told her he could arrest her for having three tickets in twelve months...really, three speeding tickets in a year and pigs scan haul you off to jail. It must really suck to live in such a fascist country.

you sign it acknowledging you were provided the paperwork,  she failed to comply with that.  She was in the wrong if the law requires the officer to get a sig.  Here we do not require sigs in NH so it would have been a non issue.  She already had 2 other tickets on the same road,  she clearly knew the process and is off her rocker.  

 

Cop was level headed in the encounter,  too bad more of them aren't that way when dealing with idiots.

Hey moron, that was her 3rd speeding ticket on the same road within 1 year. At the 4 minute mark she blames police for ruining her life.  BTW that cop was very professional.
