Not sure where the officer counts are in Chicago, but Mpls is down over 300 in the last 4 years. With that many less people to make arrests, it’s no wonder they can claim crime is down. I'm a dog lover, but when a person arrives at a public business, gets a dog out of their car and attaches a leash, walks it up to the front door, and stands there until the business owner removes their dog from their own place of business, so said individual's dog can 'safely' enter the establishment.
