First off , it was a shit bill . Second , Biden needs to fix the border so repubs know they can either get a border bill passed without Ukraine money, or Biden will look like a schmuck. If you look at the numbers from the article you posted 4 posts above , you will see that the numbers are lower then they would have to be for anything in the border bill to take affect.
