sleepybrew
you want to be careful of any supplement. your body , kidneys , can only process so much. anyone prone to kidney stones should know that any unprocessed vitamins, etc will form crystals in the kidney.

Cold War
Was going to post this. Does anyone else find it strange that the FDA can’t make a definitive statement on the effectiveness of all these vitamins & supplements after what 50 years? I remember my mom giving me Flintstone vitamins when I was a small kid. When are they getting around to evaluating these claims?

I don’t know why it’s called a vitamin. It’s actually a hormone.

Why wouldn’t they do a study where they tell you something is doing nothing for you or maybe actually harming you? Oh fuck , I don’t know.
