I can’t remember the exact timeframe but do you remember when the Detroit Public Schools were given something like 400 million dollars and it was basically all wasted and stolen…seems like it was 10-15 years ago. That whole city was/is a corrupt mess.

Yup.  Even principals were charged with stealing from the kids. Laptops, computers going in the front door …out the back door into trunks of cars. Without the Feds it goes unchecked. Everyone is on the take.
