Also helped with digestion. I take it with bromalain (pineapple extract) and the cod liver oil. It’s great that CBD oil works for some, but the main double blind studies I’ve seen has shown CBD oil to be effective only when taken in large quantities. Some of this is placebo effect, IMO.
