Would be amazing to see how many bailed if they had to work summers. There should be 2 scales of pay for teachers- one for classes that matter like math and science. Pay those people like professionals and require the appropriate education. The rest have degrees that are lucky to get jobs in the field they studied and can be paid half as much.
