If you shut down airplane travel, vacations to other countries it effects the wealthy elites. So....connect the dots, we wouldn't want to effect the lives of celebrities or the elites. Edit: The most common comprehensive list of restrictions I found by country was CNN so take it for what it’s worth but it says the Canadian ban was originally for 72 hours and it now covers through January 6th.
