Trump claims victory.

The Donald right speaks

“I want to thank the American people for their tremendous support. Millions and millions of people voted for us tonight and a very sad group of people is trying to disenfranchise that group of people and we will not stand for it,” Trump said. “We won't stand for it.”

He is unhinged...calls for the vote counting to stop while he talks about disenfranchisement.🤣

At what point do you stop counting?

There are real constitutional issues in question here.   The US constitution allows states to set how their elections run but it must be done thru the states legislature, not the Gov, Sec or State or county commissioner.   What we will hear over the upcoming days is how the constitution should be ignored.......you guessed it......because of COVID.    David Axlerod was hinting at this on CNN last night.

IMO there should be set windows for voting by these states.  There is plenty of time to get your votes in so no reason to allow it to extend past election day.  Forget to mail it so it gets there on time IMO you're not being disenfranchised you're just an idiot.

Completely agree.   Same goes for not filling out the ballot right and having a poll worker need to send it back to you or try and judge your intentions.

Trump wanted them to stop last night FFS and it’s up to each state.

lots of states violating their protocols under the "covid" excuse.   They should make those changes through legislating not just suspending/changing rules to fit an agenda.

Counting votes isn’t an “agenda” and states certify elections not some asshole at 2:00 A.M.

Both sides are hypocrites-  they want "all" votes counted if they think it is going their way.  By making rules years in advance and sticking by them the integrity of the process is far better than randomly saying hey this election we are going to do X.

States had  plenty of time to figure this out ahead of Nov 3rd.  Covid issues have been here since last March.

Sure. And that’ll all work it’s way through the Supreme Court.

1. trump declares himself winner.
2. trump claims election was stolen.
3. Biden declared winner.
4. Supreme Court picks up case.
5. Supreme Court flips the election into trump’s favor.
6. Entire country breathes a sigh of relief and everything returns to normal.

he needs to have an actual case for the SC to even look at it. He doesn't even have one.

Ahhh so this will be the new narrative...hey if I was Trump I wouldn’t want the mail in votes from Wayne County counted either...but they are being counted regardless.

Potentially he does. If the states run past their own legislatively set timeline for counting votes. Wisconsin had case that was settled last week. Each state seems to be a bit different.
