Demand for dairy has declined quite dramatically. The cheese producers near me are on a hiring freeze and are now in the process of laying off. Both meat and dairy spiked in sales. That was mostly due to panic buying during March. Demand has been declining with restaurants and schools closing. Lancaster county is the largest commercial chicken producer in the state, and even their grocery stores can't keep chicken in the coolers.
