There are nice places in Florida for sure. Really nice places actually. But it's super expensive to live there. I'm just gonna admit that I'm way to poor to be able to live in Florida like I can live in the southwest. Havasu, Parker, Sedona, Prescott, etc. There are lots of really nice places in AZ that are super cheap to live in. SoCal is also very nice in places.
