I guess that depends on if you call that a scam or taking advantage of the system. After all are they breaking the law? Did you watch that 60 Minutes video on SS disability fraud. Tough place. Even in the 1960’s and 70’s. By the time I was 10 years old I’d seen more dead bodies laying in the street than most people have seen in there entire lives.
