Trans mountain has SFA to do with it at this point. Even if BC weren't trying to hold it up, it wouldn't be completed for a couple of years. I'm sure many are. Yrs ago there was a little gas station in Norton VT . A small town of about 200 folks right on the border. They used to pump 50,000 gallons a week and sell case upon case of cigarettes . Then the liberals in VT got greedy and upped the cig tax .
