  1. Thanks Rowdy! I think I dribbled a bit there. Come back soon!
  2. I'm a sicko and wondered for years if the Queen took it up the ass by him
  3. I told her I sold the tin boat and got the scowl look lol and when I said I have a guy coming on Mon to look at the truck she said she wants me to switch the tires n rims from one truck to the other. I said that's not gonna happen and everything went silent lol
  4. They don't get it lol! I'm retired and I believe things should be done in moderation but the evil eye doesn't see it that way lol
  5. I want to do very little but my manager has different ideas lol. We we're away for three months and got home Thurs evening and too much to do now. The motorhome has to be unpacked, the boat has to be uncovered, the garage is a mess and the list is long.
  6. 2006 Georgetown 37.8. V10. We bought it last fall and weren't planning on using till this spring but ended up living in it the past 3 months down in Nova Scotia. We put almost 4000kms round trip and it went up n down the hills pretty good.
  7. Thanks! Plenty of room with 2 opposite slides in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. There's no shortage of heat with 2 furnaces and elec fireplace.
  8. We left Nova Scotia yesterday morning and went as far as Riviere Du Loop in Que. This morning we left there and made it home and unloaded a few items, had a shower and now chillaxin on the porch with a smooth rum n pepsi and a glass of wine. Tomorrow I'll get at the rest of the unpacking and shuffle all the vehicles around. We have a little pile of snow lol
  9. It's been a long tough grind clearing out my brothers house and doing all the necessary paperwork. We listed the house and finally heading home first thing in the morning. I'm driving the motorhome and the wife is driving the truck hauling the car. I threw a strap on the t-tops as an extra precaution.
  10. I had the dblewide crossover and it was definately a parachute behind the truck. I sold it and bought a 7x19 Legend inline that pulled like a dream. I sold it when I bought the sxs as it was 72" tall and wouldn't fit in the 69" opening.
  11. We found some fire rocks and made a firepit to burn lots of stuff instead of filling another 1 or 2 dumpsters. I had 4 bags of traction sand and spread it around the pit to hide the charred grass lol.
  12. The car is loaded and I'm gonna load the snowblower and 4 tires I'm taking back home for a friend. I'm gonna secure the t-tops with a strap as well.
  13. We are enjoying some time to ourselves now that the house is ready for the market. The sign went up last night and the agent is getting calls already. As they say money talks BS walks. I signed all the paperwork and we can leave but will spend the wknd with the grandkids and head home early next week. On a worrisome note a friend that goes to our house every day for mail and a walk thru found our back door open. She said nothing looked disturbed but is going back in to see if the stuff we told her about is still there.
  14. It's nice down here. We bought a property to vacation with our motorhome.
  15. Pissing down all night and windy and now doing the same. We've never had this much wind day in and day out at home. They should change this province's name from Nova Scotia to Wind Scotia.
  16. That's a long time dealing with it. It took me from mid Aug to first part of January to get appointed Administrator and most of the time was waiting for paperwork so I could sign and get notorized and sent back to Nova Scotia from Ont. Waiting for an administration bond took time as well etc etc. We're on the home stretch as i filed his taxes, paid all the creditors and all that's left is a bit of paperwork to send to the lawyer so they can go to the probate court. The house gets listed on Wed and i think we're heading home next Mon or so. It"ll be a white knuckle drive for the wife as she'll be driving the truck pulling the car hauler lol.
  17. Thanks! My brother was commonlaw for 35 years and she passed away 7 years ago. She has 4 ( now adult) kids and by dieing in Intestate( no will) the first thing was to consult my lawyer and a consultation with a lawyer down there. They weren't entitled to anything and I was the beneficiary of a RRIF, ins policy and the house was changed over to me. His investments have been transferred into an estate account that I'm paying everything out of. All that's left now is to fill out the probate sheet, drop it off to the lawyer and sell the house. The govmnt gets a nice chunk of change, probate gets a little more, the lawyer gets a chunk and the rest is mine lol.
  18. That was a bust! Everyone around here says they have great meat there. I had to sharpen the chainsaw to cut thru the steak. Motherfucker!
  19. A couple steaks from a local butcher and salad
  20. Hi Mike! My brother didn't have a will and it took from middle of Aug to middle of Jan to get estate Administrator. We bought a piece of property 1/2 hour from Halifax as a vacation spot.
