    I'll read this later. Maybe. But I can assure you, something is amiss with those percentages. And not just a little. Sounds like something from te writers of Christian Science to me. Any scientists that believes in "god" or any deity is discredited almost immediately from any real scientific works.

    Yes, but most of those were getting it anyway in one form or another. And most of the ones signing up for it are still not paying the premiums..... most of the ones that are using the exchanges are the terrible risks (adverse selection) that need it and are using it to the extremes. And that is why it is not a continued path or workable for most insurers. Personally let's just DO IT! Let's boot the insurance companies out of the mix and adopt a social plan. It's not like we don't have several working examples all around us we can pull from. Oh...but I know why...insurance lobbyist are as flush as oil and bank lobbyists. Not to mention, our negro problems would clog our social medicine channels up and then the natives would protest and here we go again.......................

    Yes, I agree for some it is great. But it's the masses it is hurting...again. The plan was to help spread out adverse selection by requiring everyone to buy health insurance. It didn't work, most of the youngsters that are needed to lower costs (because they do not need or want health insurance) are just choosing to pay the tax "fines" for not having it. Even when it jumped to $750 this year (I believe) it is still a fraction of what it would cost most and even when it is the "tax penalty" it can be frittered into nothing by any decent tax professional or anybody with any brains doing their own.

In a true show of Democratic solidarity...ummmmm...looks like about 12 showed up to sit on their asses and do nothing. The rest are doing nothing somewhere else.
