  1. Serves you right for being on Fagbook in the first place.
  2. No the shadow economy will only grow more. Less than 10% in 2015, it will start to tick upwards.
  3. Think of all the children this will help.
  4. I hope they remain separate.
  5. Actually if you write off office space in your home and deduct it on your taxes, I believe that portion is now subject to capital gains tax when you sell your principle res. Thanks Truetard.
  6. Just wait til they add capital gain tax to your principle residence, cause its not fair to those who rent and can't afford homes.
  7. Think he meant Trump's wife.
  8. Most guys here would be done in less than 10 secs. Me likely 25.
  9. Most of our work is new installs or upgrades to existing process equipment. On the later, there are tighter schedules, most are pretty good and just want to get things going to meet schedules. The best unions are the ones you don't even know exist and that is pretty much the norm. If most are unfamiliar with new instrumentation they will gladly let you take charge.
  10. What say Fail? https://www.theglobeandmail.com/business/article-canadian-economy-unexpectedly-shrinks-by-01-per-cent-in-january/
  11. The only positive for Wynnebag is the Ontario Tards are no longer the worst government in Canada, the BC NDP now champions that title, but its real close.
  12. Gone with the Wynne. By 2024 debt will rise to over 400 billion from 308 billion today, no we have another recession by then and it will be much much ever still. The NDP called Wynnebags out of control spending amateurish. Good lord.
  13. I could help them out and show them where to land their meter leads, but hey we're paid by the hour and want to see something that should take two days to complete stretched to over a week.
  14. Read an article about a Canadian couple in BC although they live in the US who just bought a home to stay in when they visit back home who will be hit with an additional 8K per year in tax. Its how leftturds roll.
  15. Great for those holding that don't need to sell. We have talked to many agents in the areas and have a great idea of the market. I'm on a desirable lot that only 13% could get, Stevie has me beat with a lot that only <10% could get. I have given up looking for places so we are knocking our place down and re-building.
  16. That means nothing unless you work in that field constantly. Half my bus over the past few years has been in C1Div1 or C2Div1 Areas, ain't gonna take the next IBrew Bro into the field and do live checks. Lol.
  17. OK perhaps I should have been a bit clearer. Its not dying, its transitioning. Most cottage owners today have or own inherited properties and sell cause they can no longer afford the bills or the cost to inherit. New owners are buying properties, many just for the land and are knocking down and rebuilding and keeping the places open all year as demographics are moving more north. The traditional owner is holding in many cases an old property that is a demolish in waiting. Most current cottage owners would be shut out of the current cottage market.
  18. What reason would that be? There is a shortage of waterfront cottages however the prices over the past 10 years have been quite gradual.
  19. Sounds the same as cottage ownership quite frankly. People are getting moved out.
  20. You really have no idea.
  21. I would say its a safe bet Slinger ain't gonna replace shit by automation. Me on the other hand.
