  1. Just like if Obama wasn't am American citizen, if this had any traction, the Clinton camp would be all over this like a fat man on a 12 pack and a pound at Taco Johns or Hillary on a box of wine.
  2. Not my dog, but thought it was worth posting for that face alone.
  3. Don't really have a favorite, but a good chunk of Kobe or Waygu done to perfection with skin on mashed red taters and asparagus sounds pretty damn good. However, it was more fridge/freezer cleaning tonite and I did a Cajun pan fried catfish sammich with fresh green beans. I can feel my arteries hardening as we speak, but damn did that hit the spot!
  4. Some European mountain lake town. I would say Hallstatt, but too many tourists in the summer now. Or somewhere around Berchtesgaden. Hitler's Eagle's Nest would be pretty nice too.
  5. You can skip all that shit. Any more then butter, salt, and pepper on sweet corn should be punishable by prison time. Old Bay during craw fish boils. Some of the stuff we have raised for foreign markets could just as well be field corn. Asian markets are like that too, very bland and starchy sweet corn. We mainly raise Super Sweet.
  6. It was a healthy night here. Pan fried catfish, fried in butter, fresh skin on red tater hashbrowns, buttered toast, and milk. It was kind of a clean the freezer/pantry/counter night.
  7. Someone at work showed me this photo that Rico Abreu posted after he won the Chili Bowl and it made me tear up a bit. I just can't believe Bryan is gone.
  8. I thought his net worth was something like 400-500 thousand.
  9. FYI, this is what a brand spankin new sweet corn harvester looks like. This is more oriented toward the commercial market. They have a different head on it for the fresh market, which is pretty interesting.
  10. Open wheel cars. Midgets, winged and wingless sprints, Silver Crown cars, pretty much anything.
  11. Bryan was pretty much the AJ Foyt or Tony Stewart of my generation.
  12. I'm working that out, thank you for your kind offer.
  13. And here you are, communicating with us on that American internet service.
  14. Are you taking recommendations on where to move to yet? I have some suggestions.
  15. Very sad day in racing. He was the kind of driver that really only comes along once or twice in a generation, and true journeyman racer.
  16. Was his clothing line ever made in the US?
  17. We need to keep former NASCAR driver and dirt track ace Bryan Clauson in our thoughts and prayers. He has a long road ahead of him after a very hard wreck in Nebraska last nite.
