  1. Question makes perfect sense, and has been asked 100 times, with the proof posted in this thread almost as many times, why do you keep avoiding it?? low snowfall record, and winter high temp records for this area, and many others was set between 1900, and the late 1930's Dust bowl was during the 1930s All happened long before "man made global warming"
  2. As expected all you can do is avoid the question and try to change the topic. I'll ask again: If this bad winter was caused by man made global warming, than what caused all the prior warm, snow-less winters, the ones that had a higher temperature, and less snow than this? Why did all of them occurred before man made co2?
  3. Whoa! Still unable to think, or respond. Waiting for Al and Gretta to get back to you?? shocking....
  4. ASSuming the market is 100k units a year Poo builds 35-45k of them a year. If the tooling cost is 100k per side (that is high imho) and you completely ignore replacement part sales, you are talking a whopping $5 per sled,if they completely redesign it every year. Small changes/improvements/updates are a fraction of that, as they can just modify existing tooling. I know you are stupid, and will pull some lame bs. I also know that poo doesn't use the exact same casting on every sled, but they also don't change it every year, so I'm willing to be the numbers are more than close enough to prove you wrong.
  5. Exactly as expected.. You can't comprehend that, or explain why all the records set for warm temps, and low snow fall happened before mankind had any impact on co2 levels. Not a word explaining how this one poor season was caused by man made climate change, despite record snowfall last year. No mention of what caused the dust bowl, and warm winters in that decade either. Just a brain dead, can't think, must obey Al gore "mind"set
  6. Still waiting for you to explain what this has to do with the FACT that there have been longer stretches of warmer and lower snowfall winters prior man made CO2 in the atmosphere

  12. Its you're bullshit claim, why can't you back it up with answers instead of posting unrelated videos
  13. You didn't understand his example, or my post.... But I'll try again... If you take the cost to make a small change to the casting, and divide it among the volume of castings poo has made each year, their overall cost is still significantly less than that of a catalyst bulkhead.
  14. If you think that this winter was caused by man made climate change: Tell me what she said caused the warm spell when the prior record was set. What caused the warm spell in the 30's? What caused the dust bowl? What caused the cold and snowy winters in the 70's? How about the snow drough that put over 100 sled manufactures out of business in the early 80s
  15. At poos volume, it's not that big of a deal to make minor changes, and the per sled cost would be a fraction of what ac spends to fab the tube steel version. I like cats solution, it's cheap to tool, super cheap to make changes to, and strong (once they redo the sway bar mount)
  16. Look at all the effects of man made global warming in the 40s and 50s
  17. Lots right in the second paragraph.. But the procross wasn't going to do anything but continue to loose sales.. Poo spent more $$ engineering and tooling their bulkhead castings, than textron did on the catalyst chassis, and maybe more than textron did on the entire catalyst project.
  18. Nope. AC lost market because the competition came out with new product, period. I was there, we had customers apologizing to us for switching brands saying they just couldn't wait any longer for ac to release a new chassis, or 850.
  19. https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/quebec-electric-snowmobile-maker-taiga-suspends-production-lays-off-70-workers-1.2054377 Montreal-based electric snowmobile manufacturer Taiga Motors says it is pausing production and temporarily laying off around 70 workers. The company, which also makes electric watercraft, says its decision is in response to a challenging economy and an exceptionally mild winter. Taiga released quarterly and annual results today but did not hold a conference call with investors, and a spokesperson said managers would not be available for interviews. It says its net loss was $72.5 million in 2023, compared to a loss of $59.5 million in 2022.
  20. Can't, won't, and doesn't work. AC lost half their sales when textron tried than. If anything you claimed was true why Poo is now #1 in atv sales, can am is in gaining leaps, and bounds, while suzuki is basically out of the market they, are outsold by cfmoto. yup
  21. Performance, and new tech is the only thing that sells in any real numbers.
