My neighbor on 25 acres spent 5 years battling with the county on getting a lot cut off for his sone to build a home. Cost him 50k before a shovel hit the ground, I pan on severing a few lots for family, and a dozen or so for homes. It costs what it costs to build the home, government can't do much to change that. Change the things they can I fear it will be years in the making.
