Good afternoon peckerheads. 74 and sunny. Could not have asked for better weather over the long holiday weekend up north. Unfortunately all good things come to an end so we are back. Got a shit ton done so we were ready to return without anything major to do. For the most part it was pretty normal up there with what's going on. Only downside were all the Illinois plates screwing up traffic heading home.... just stay in your own fucking state.

Morning. 55 or so in the beautiful Northwoods of WI. Made it up Thursday and had a couple broken pipes. They got fixed early yesterday morning. Young son and young daughter and her BF got here last night. Was sawing logs and heard the well pump keep cycling which forced me to get up at 3am to see what was going on. Made coffee, walked outside and sure enough the mixer for the outside shower busted and was spraying all over. Turned off the spicket and kept hearing water running.... went in the well pit and shut down the water. Thinking the pex burst somewhere under the cabin and of course where there is minimal crawl space. Between me, drew and Joey we should be able to handle it... "I think" lol. Yesterday AM picture
