  2. i was all for it. i just at the time was getting an astounding amount of junk, and it was in between. i finally refused to empty the box . they would jam adds in sideways , catalogs , all kinds of junk . they got the hint and i started getting just my shit. well, my neighbors and others down the road , but not junk
  3. i had one where i knew the arresting officer. they asked how well. i said i go to his xmas party every year. bye bye. i missed the last 2 , mixed in with junk mail. when i went to light the weber i found both. date was passed. i asked a court person i know, she said unless it's registered mail they can't prove you got it. i would have gone

well when you can't build a gas engine that is reliable , and the transmissions are worse, go electric. when you ordering one ?
  9. was never in to that kind of shit , but i am 100 miles from nyc. guys i knew who did like it would take up a collection and do a friday run. what i saw them with was unreal. tony montana shit for sure. i didn't care what others did at parties , but when some of them started cooking i said see ya boys. hard to watch them like fiends . at least they were smart enough to add to the pot and get real shit real cheap. eventually it got bad . go figure
  10. indian lake allows no new construction lake side. but...buy anything with a foundation and here comes the mcmansion. they love tax revenue
  11. if my old lady says "i'm comfortable" you can bet i am sweating my ass off
  12. i'm with ya . my mom is from newfoundland , i love the cold , hazy hot and humid, fuck no! plus being prone to kidney stones it's not my favorite . even going out on the river , you just get cooked out there . plus it's a mess this year. i am hesitating to get my boat ready . if it continues to rain every saturday i'll leave it winterized
  13. they are successful. my friend was born in indian lake. a nyc real estate agent moved there, called all her city friends to buy it all. before that you could buy a camp for 40k. taxes 800 a year. they bought it all, and did the usual. so now my friend Don had to move 45 minutes away to another region. that too will get over run . they taxed him out of his house where they lived for generations
  14. camera a little low , got dark quick
  15. long lake has a nice trail system connected to the rest of ny state. mtb sadly was ejected many years ago , likely by folks that don't ride shit and listened to the tree huggers. you know, us mtb guys eroding the world. they tried to eject us from the catskills where i live but this time it was in the open and met strong opposition.
  16. invested and managed. it's ny state and the daks are infiltrated with libs. prepare for more wasted money
  17. WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 27, 2022)—A drop in the global price of oil helped the national average for a gallon of gas to fall for a second week to land at $4.89. Economic fears of a potential global recession leading to less demand for oil dropped
  18. here it's just a town by town thing. maybe county as well, may be taxed different. and the usual small stations in remote spots dogging people.
  19. 2.84 here in liberal ny, but you can find high prices if you look hard enough
  20. months of crying in the bathroom and still the same shit
  21. "i believe tara reid"
  22. not to mention ridiculous prices for a half ton. 60k is way too much , and they go in to the 90s. at4x is 94k. overpriced and garbage too. that's a fuckin right there. so here is how the recall is being handled . 21-24 6.2. if you have recall we first check for replacement engine. they get inspected by serial number. when the truck comes in it gets hooked to a scope looking for a vibration frequency. if it has this it fails and gets an engine. that new engine will still get 0w-20. and no warranty extension. if it passes , it gets a new oil cap, 0w-40 , and filter change. that will get 15/150 warranty extension , but currently it reads like connecting rod failure only. so no lifter coverage. they managed to get people to buy overpriced trucks, but fell short on delivery. now anyone with a 6.2 and a ten speed should be concerned. 4 years plus of building an engine that they had to know was flawed. don't forget how many 21 trucks were sitting waiting for chips
  23. spot on.
  24. i'm rocking this bad bitch , but i ride woods only , twice a week. cost 4 times as much as the road types like viper bought. my buddy has 2 of those , and it gets him out riding . that is a great thing if something gets you moving. anything is better than sitting around getting fat . i was not quite a hater but it was not feasible for ebikes and regular bikes to ride together. i finally became one of two reg bikes. i'm 58 and figured why not. holy shit i love this thing. i'm riding twice as far at almost twice the average speed. less fatigue but it will wear you down to zero. no more dreading huge climbs , actually uphill is fun now too.
