Yeah, I saw that... I was kind in my response to that 500 word essay he wrote about all his testing, and how his $140 "kit" now includes a bearing deflector. So for basically less than half of what he charges, you can do what I did, WITH a new bearing and have good results. (I did cheat and pull and re-use the same bearing on my 2021, which now has 11k on it)

That's what my sister did. Better for the two of them. I always made use of the entire space by throwing some potatoes in tin foil on as I lit it, then cut up some peppers or asparagus on tin foil with a little olive oil and creole seasoning which helped diffuse the free space on the grate. Their half moon pan with holes cut in worked as well.

My BIL got hit by a stray bullet during hunting season back in 2007 coming down 53 northwest of Rice Lake. Hit the door of his Ram (Must be something about Rams!) so hard the mirror cracked. Bullet went through the door, hit the seat mount on the chassis, back into the door, out of the door through the plastic and I found the bullet laying on the floor under his nephews feet in the passenger seat. He said it sounded like the transfer case exploded. We all agreed, it was the MN plates...

I'm not arguing, but I know I said this, oh, maybe a couple times: "Don, put down the twitter machine!" Calling out the MSM with "Fake News!", that probably got lots of support as well. (Not saying they aren't a beast, they are instrumental in what 90% of the voting public uses to decide their votes) It really was cringe worthy at times, yet entertaining at others. If it came down to these two bafoons again, I certainly will not be voting for Biden, but that's the only reason Trump would get my vote.
