  1. Hoping for a quick fix to salvage your ride.
  2. Agreed. Had a good solid 5 days of riding locally and Monday we closed the trail to Hopefully save some of the base. Wife says I'm back to being an Ass now
  3. To effect all that you listed sure seems like something in a connection. Does anybody in your group have a simular sled with S7. that you could swap to see if the problem goes away.
  4. Have you had the hood off lately and unplugged. Sounds like it's not making a good connection by the plug. Unplug it and put a little dielectric grease on the connection and make sure it's connected tight.
  5. Buddy did some looking since we're in a melt down and said Mass City was probably the furthest South to ride and that was early season riding
  6. Here's the trail report from Gogebic trail authority from January 20th and Watersmeet today. Not sounding good for Watersmeet Gogebic Range Trail Authority - ORV & Snowmobile Club · Here's a trail report for Trail 160 just off of trail 2 going out to Bald Mountain. It's rideable with a 2 to a 4 inch base. Caution needs to be used when riding in the wooded areas because of large rocks in the trail. As you get closer to the lake the snow depth goes from 4 up to 10 inches of snow. We are just rolling the trails down where that leaves us a 2 to 4 inch base which will not let us groom until we get at least another 4 inches. Happy trails to all, conditions are rated at good, and good on the low side. Trail 2 from Ironwood to Marenisco is also rideable with caution. Trail 8 from Wakefield to Tula is also rideable to Tula. Trail 11 from trail 8 to trail 2 is also rideable again expressing caution. Please treat All trails as if is the beginning of the season, because it is in January. Happy Trails. Go Ride. U.P. Thunder Riders Snowmobile Club Sosrdntpoecg239agh386umu5ghttmc79a2g308hi014i34lg4a5i1amf715 · Unfortunately we will not be grooming again until we get more snow. There is nothing left to work with. The temperatures in our area won’t help our trail system either.
  7. Our club president has 3/4 of the trails we groom done today and is still out grooming
  8. Short ride today. 800+ miles since Wednesday. Sleds are getting thawed out, checked over and cleaned tomorrow. Trails have been great hope the weather hold out the next couple days
  9. Use to work with weldment, machine and stamping tooling. Now designing small hand tooling/wrenching for use at home. Non-typlical nut for the fuel pump assemble such as item 12 as an example
  10. Fusion 360 is working out good.. Who has 3D printers at home. Pros and Cons?
  11. You may be better off. Talked to some guys that went to the public viewing and all the high dollar sleds were in a section that was off limits for public view. When asking the guy why they were off limits they never got a straight answer. Also asked about documentation on some of these sleds and he would provide that at the final sale. Seemed shady on details from what they said.
  12. Put on 130 miles with the wife and her first ride of the season. That's a good day with her.
  13. Had the opportunity to see some of the Warning collection a while back when I sold them some 1990-1/2 RXL parts. Jaw dropping and a class act family.
  14. Where did you ride to? Yes you know the trails are fast when you start seeing busted windshields and body panel parts in the corner. Actually ran into some guys that trailered down from the UP.
  15. Had to stop and get the groomer operator a beer.
  16. Smooth and fast here in Central Wisconsin
  17. 238 miles for the day and one guy that won't ride with us anymore. Was his first time riding with us. We don't stop enough or long enough (could only have two old fashions) and ride to fast. We're good 👍
