A lot of that is caused from withdraws from the nicotine it takes awhile to get that shit out of your system, drink a lot of water. Try to cut out caffeine and alcohol or cut at back on them. My P.C told my he used Chantix to quit he took his before he went to bed and a glass of water, Chantix did not work for me.

11 years ago, almost 2 packs of cowboy killers a day, there was 7 cigs left in the pack the last night I smoked I still have that pack and the 7 cigs. I often wonder what one of those 11 year old cigs would taste like...... I think a pack of smokes in stores around me are 11.00+ per pack the last time we were at a Casino they were 15 is 16 a pack.
