Because there are some really stupid people out there, this happened here yesterday. PITTSBURGH — A man is in the Allegheny County Jail after police said he had three guns, ammunition, and magazines hidden in a briefcase at Pittsburgh International Airport. Allegheny County police said the briefcase was lined with roofing tape and sheet metal, and found inside another piece of checked luggage. They said it belonged to Luis Rojas Cay, 26, of Youngstown, Ohio.
